Shared Courses

SuccessMaker courses can be shared with other organizations. EasyBridge administrators have insight to view which courses have been shared across the district. Additionally, administrators can edit which courses are shared. To access SuccessMaker Shared Courses in EasyBridge,

  1. Login to EasyBridge as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to SuccessMaker in the Learning Systems drop down menu. The Dashboard screen appears.

  3. Navigate to and click Shared Courses on the left navigation. A list of courses already shared appears. Sort by Course Name, Course Owner, or Organizations Shared With.

Edit Share List

Administrators can edit the classes shared.

  1. Navigate to Shared Courses.
  2. Search for a course using the text box below the header Shared Courses.
  3. Click Edit in the row of the course you would like to make sharing changes to. The Edit Share List pop up window appears.

  4. Use the text box to search for organizations you would like to share the course with. Check the box to Show shared only, or begin entering an organization name until you see the school below.

  5. Click Share or Unshare and Save.
